These atmospheric steps are situated in the (1810) landslip between Bonchurch and Shanklin

for a change it was nice to give the quirky green huts centre stage with the racing sea and puffy clouds behind

This is a lovely place to sit as the water moves really fast and there is a lot to watch

I always find the old stone boat house intriguing as I drive past - particularly at high tide
